Our Facilities Management systems are in use by Facilities teams throughout the country, ranging from those supporting just a handful of clients to multi-team Facilities operations in major international banks (please refer to the Clients section for details of our growing client base)

We have focused our development on producing systems that people can actually use. We work very closely with Facilities teams and know first-hand that the demands on a modern Facilitates department leave little time for learning the eccentricities and obscurities of yet another software system. So we work hard to make sure that the systems we deliver, whilst offering all of the sophisticated functionality you require, are simple and intuitive in their presentation and use.

Our Facilities modules are delivered via seaScape and, like all of our modules, are independently licensed – you only need to purchase the modules you need – you are never required to pay for things you have no use for.   And if at later stage you decide you do need, for example, a room booking system then it appears right there as a seamlessly integrated part of a system with which you are already familiar.
